Project Statuses
The system distinguishes three main workflow phases, each represented by a unique color across the project list, cards, and map view.

| Processing | Data upload and processing in progress. | Brown badge |

✅ Advantage
Status-based access ensures that each project remains focused on its current phase while previous data stays accessible in read-only mode — preventing accidental overwrites or data loss.
Tab Availability by Status
Within each project, only the tab corresponding to the current phase is active.
Users can return to earlier phases, but the content will appear in read-only mode for reference.
Status Transitions
- Once the planning phase is complete, the user can proceed to the Upload stage.
- When file uploads and payment are completed, the Upload phase closes automatically.
- As soon as data processing finishes, the Report tab becomes active — the system also sends an email notification confirming completion.
