Project Sharing

The Project Sharing interface allows you to invite additional users by searching for them by name or email address.
Access rights are divided into two levels: Viewer and Editor.

Project sharing enables real-time collaboration while maintaining precise control over access levels.

Searching and Adding Users​

  • You can access Project Sharing from multiple locations:

    • In the List View, via the “Actions” → “Share” option.
    • In the Card View, by clicking the “Share” icon in the header.
    • In the Map View, by selecting a project and clicking the “Share” icon.

  • In the “Add More Users” field, registered users can be searched by:

    • Name (e.g., “John Sample”),
    • Email address (e.g., “john.sample@...”).
    • Selected users appear as tags inside the field.
    • Multiple users can be added simultaneously.

  • Optional Message:

    • A short message (max. 200 characters) can be included with the invitation — for context or instructions.

Permission Levels​

Roles can be set using the selector on the right-hand side:

  • Viewer

    • Can view reports, maps, and files.
    • Can download files (if enabled for the project).
    • Cannot modify or delete any data.

  • Editor

    • Includes all Viewer permissions.
    • Can edit project data, upload or delete files.
    • Can initiate processing and export reports.
    • Can manage access rights (if permitted within the project).

⚠️ Warning
Uploads or deletions made by users with Editor access may overwrite previous outputs.

Who Has Access​

The “Who Has Access” section lists all users who have access to the project:

  • Name and email,
  • Role (Viewer / Editor),
  • Remove or Change Role options (depending on permissions).

Any changes take effect immediately.

Access by Status​

  • Planning / Processing: shared users have access only to the tabs corresponding to the project’s current phase (previous phases are read-only).
  • Report Ready: all results are visible, but Viewer roles remain read-only.

Status-based access ensures that shared users can only interact with features relevant to the project’s current stage.
